CLEAR THINKING. PRACTICAL ACTION.
A small test can teach you a lot.
A minimum viable product is a way to test whether a proposed solution helps a real user. It is not simply the smallest version of every feature on your wish list. Customer discovery begins with listening to how people work today. Ask about recent behaviour rather than asking whether someone likes a future idea. A product brief connects the business problem with the work a designer or developer needs to estimate. It should make priorities and uncertainties visible.
